Costs for Coastal CA zips depend on: average sales price, number click count Z gets, past lead count, some demographics and whatever they can stick you with. Often sold to lender as scam to get realtor loyalty which cough cough is ineffective. 92660 $500 to $900 all negotiable and Z sales rep will wiggle around the price 92677 $400 - 700 92618 $700- 800 DO not quote me on this.

An agent in DC is spending $4,000 a month on Zillow and is churning 1.6 M GCI. However, one needs to be aware of what's happening behind the curtain before deeming whether such investment is worthwhile for Anonymous.
