Stuff happens.  How we deal with that "stuff" defines who we are. Concentrating on the positive aspects of our business makes me happier.  

For the most part, I feel as if I have been fortunate to work with good agents. The exceptions have been agents who were just plain lazy, non communicative and seemingly disinterested in the transaction, but they have been few and far between

I get along with everyone - it's a talent and one of my finest attributes!

You get what you focus on, focus on the positive.

I rarely have issues working with other agents.

Untrained agents who don't have a clue.

Not returning calls, emails and so on.  Some seem like they don't really care about their clients

Unethical Agents (covers a lot of area) really get under my skin.

Returning phone calls is very high on list.  but doubtful honesty and tactics are a factor as well.

The number one problem I hear over and over again is lack of communication from the other side. Emails, phone calls and text messages not returned. So frustrating!

NOt receiving the paperwork in a timely manner

Dealing with some of the agents can be one of the most difficult aspects of this business.

Bad Atiitudes/Poor Communication.

Not taking care of business and not returning phone calls.

Jumping to conclusions leading to a decision when they were not in possession of all the facts. Most often related to a unread/undelivered/lost text or email or voicemail.

Staying calm is essential. The agents with whom I have had the pleasure of working have all maintained a helpful and professional posture even when things appear to go wrong.
