Postcards with a call for action
Items of value to the recipient.
Les & Sarah Oswald
I have just been doing cards - to past customers and realtors. For the realtors/referral partners, I have sent brownies or blondies at the beginning of each year - as a happy new year.
At times, I have also included coupons for referral partners (e.g. painting, carpet cleaning).
Calendars, football schedules, notepads and postcards.
We are starting a new farm area...our immediate neighborhood. It's less than 150 homes, so it will be easy to manage. We are planning to do monthly postcards supplemented by pop-bys, door knocking, door hangers, baseball and football schedules AND calendars (the last 3 items are magnetic so they would go on the refrigerator, hopefully). We'll let you know how it goes!
I don't send the frozen yogurt in the mail, that would end poorly in Florida, but a voucher from a local shop.
The message is, "You deserve a break from "........", so take one now. I'll treat."
Now, imagine if you can, the next three steps I take to get invited to the dining room table.

Wayne and Jean,
We believe in sending what is appropriate to that market. No two markets are alike, even if they are across the street from each other. A
