Hi Laura - I have been using IDXBroker Platinum for several years now. It's easy to use, does what it's supposed to, and the support is excellent.

Laura,
This is a great question. I am happy to see that IDX Broker seems to have gotten the most votes.
I used their product as a full-time realtor and it realy helped me to nurture my leads and my clients. That is the purpose of IDX. It typically is not going to bring in leads to your site for you.
As an IDX Broker Developer Partner, I see many agents who have used the one the board gives or some other vendor to just be disappointed in the end.
At RealtyCandy, we use all of the API's and other tools that IDX Broker makes available to provide tools that allow TXT messages, Similar Listings, Facebook Login and many other tools to make IDX even better.
IDX Broker will continue to update and improve and provide more tools to build realtor's business. I was just at their Developer Summit in Portland a couple of weeks ago and we are already testing out some of their newest functionality for clients.
I also really like the Real Estate Webmasters product that was mentioned by Patricia Kennedy. Their product is really a completely different animal that has a different price structure than IDX Broker has. It is built on their proprietary system and you don't get to move the site. You rent it.
The other option mentioned was the RETS feed. That is also a good option for high producing agents and offices who can afford to pay top dollar to setup and maintain a system like that. It has a lot of moving parts and we have found it to typically be more complicated and expensive to maintain for most agents.
IDX Broker hooks up really nicely to WordPress, which is easy to run. You own your own site. In most MLS areas you can get service for under $40 per month.
If you have more questions, or would like me to show you some cool custom layouts we have done for IDX Broker, shoot me a personal message or see my website.

I'm not a fan of them, but get one thats indexable by the google. That might help your SEOs.

I'm using the one that RealEstateWebmasters set me up with, and my clients love it.

Most agents I know like Corinne Guest, Managing Broker like IDX broker the best.
There are agents I work with that are not allowed to have IDX on their websites so we use Realbird for them.
Then there are those who like Market Leader IDX.
They all server their purposes , it all depends what your goal for your IDX is.
Of course, the best IDX in the world won't work if you have a website that does not convert. :)

I have been over the fire with Placester - skip them. They cannot get my IDX to work correctly even though it's one of the biggest in the U.S.
Sorry, nothing to offer but hopefully other will have a good choice for you.
I'd just like to add that 'AGAIN' we are paying to use our own data & I think the costs per month are just outlandish for tech supplied info. It's a total rip but you have to have IDX.

Laura,
I agree with Corinne Guest, Managing Broker . It is the one we recommend to all, however for our clients Ron and our web developer created an exclusive IDX. A
