I seems to fall back on the same answer for most questions these days: RealBird
Google this information and you'll find tons of options.
Grove City, OH
Realbird has this as well as Listing to Leads and many other systems.
If it is DIY, I'd suggest to try Canva. They are so far the best I've ever tried if you are willing to do all from scratch. Otherwise Rial Bird and your local MLS have predesigned templates.

ANY resource or flyer will work if you intend to remain Anonymous.
do any of you have a specific template you love in Publisher??
There are many templates for creating and customizing real estate flyers and brochures. I happened to start with, and stuck with, Microsoft Publisher. Very easy to learn and customize.
Microsoft Publisher! You can't beat it.
MS Word templates

Great answers here. I hope you got it.
Canva is awesome and easy to use. And free.

Microsoft publisher but you need to be computer savvy and do it yourself. If you are looking for already made templates and you just plug in the address, then toolkit cma.
Canva has some good tools and they look very professional.
The easiest way is to create them in Real Bird Realbird. You input all your details, features, etc. which creates a single property website, then there is a feature to click to print the flyers. The SPW also has share buttons so the seller can share with family and friends via email and social media.
I use express copy online!
My own proprietary system.
Lots of good ones out there, including many mls forms.
