Ian- I offer this to you - one Keller agent to another.  You have appeared on this site with an anonymous photo and very little time here. You are asking  people from this community to make a commitment to you as a role partner which we recognize to be a big commitment of time and support. - No one knows you here yet, we all have business of our own that demands our time, and when no one steps up to offer and only wishes you well - you come back with a clear expectation that everyone is going to fall into line to give you role partners.  This is a community of support - yes- but you have to earn that support by being supportive and participating.

I hope you stay around - there are great people here who are very giving but I think that role partners are best found in your market center where the accountability will be easier to maintain.

The power & value of role-playing is not to be underestimated. Often we are too comfortable with our everyday routines until challenged. Do they hold? Are they current and can they be updated? That's when the real growth starts. One must come out of their head and into reality in the final result. Role-play prepares us to move into the appropriate result giving arenas

After reading your comments to AR Community Members Ron and Alexandra Seigel and Richard Weeks , it is apparent that you are in the wrong place.

Why don't you take your anonymous photo and go role play somewhere by yourself?

I remember doing my practice with my husband and children and they threw me every curve ball you can imagine. It was very helpful and I suggest you find a family member or friend that would be willing to do that with you.

What a great idea and if you are in Riverside County, you should look for interested agents in your area that can meet with you to do it in person. It might be more effective training.

Ian, just remember what it was like the last time you were trying to deal with someone who kept coming at you with scripts pre-written by someone who did not totally understand what he or she was saying, but just kept feeding what you said into a computer and said whatever the computer came back with?  I'm just sayin'!

If you find a partner, try to work with stuff you write yourself so that what you are saying to would-be clients sounds like it's coming from a real person and they'll be able to relate to you.  And good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Ian, I have a long time friend who is an agent at KW in Lake Arrowhead who might help you.  However, that agent has not heard of you as an agent in the area and not in the KW office.

M. F. scripts is a good start. And a great idea to reach out to your community.

Yet, I'd suggest to find someone local so you can practice F2F. Another solution is Skype.
