I try to keep free profile pages updated.
Justin: Like you, I try to have a presence on as many sites as I can, especially if they offer a free profile page that allows linking back to my WP site. Not a Z fan but if consumers are there I definitely want some type of exposure.
I have one & that's it. My company just told me that we are all upgraded to premier which I don't even know what that means.
I hate them but the public doesn't know any better. We have to put up with them.
Everyone should set up their free Zillow page so when someone looks at your listings they will have a means of contacting you.
Z is that 4 letter word Richard Weeks didn't spell out....
I don't spend money there but Zillow is a factor in reale state marketing that should be ignored.
Not into zillow or trulia at all.
I think I hgave one - it sucks
I have a free page.
I do not track such metrics.
Justin Arlequin - I have never looked at my Zillow profile page - I should.
I've never set one up.
I have aprofile but cannot say it has provided any business.
I need to check out my page. It's been a while since I visited it.
I do not use it at this time
Zillow is the scourge of our industry.
For the most part they take our listings get people to look at their site and get interested in your listing and then have them sign up on their site. Then...they selll YOUR client back to you if you are dumb enough to do that.
I need to go over there and blow the dust off of my page.
I do. Haven't found it horribly useful yet but I do get traffic from it.
I don't have one, I refuse to drink the koolaid!!
If you have loads of money and want to spend it;a Zillow account is very advantageous ....
With all the real estate page options you can easily spend a fortune. I use my reports and determin what sites are generating the most customer interaction and focus on those pages.
With that being said Zillow out performs Realtor.com in my local market so I try to have a good profile....BUT they do not limit the agents that are in rotation so I do not invest in my marketing dollars there.
Best of luck!
To me Zillow is a 4 letter word.
