These are correctly stated by both Fred and Richard -- Clerestory and Transom.  However, there are two other types of windows that are higher and one is an Eyebrow (looks like a half moon) and there are Piano Windows which are typically rectangular and above eye level (at least mine).

I believe you've gotten your answer here from several sources. The only problem with using this term in a listing description is that most buyers and agents would have no idea what you're talking about!
