Hard to say...there will probably be an impact at some point but when and to what degree remains to be seen.

It sure is. There is no perfect choice but there certainly is one that is worse than the other, The short term affects are lack of consumer confidence and higher interest rates. In lay terms, people stop buyin things, In the long term the massive increase in health costs on top of the massive increases we have already seen. If people think it is high now, just wait if they put government run health care in place.

If taxes go up, wages go up, and jobs decrease it will hurt you guys but good for us property managers

With the exception of all the Chicken Littles sitting on the fence instead of buying a home Or running around and screaming "the sky is falling!" no matter who is elected, it doesn't affect my business one bit; I make my own economy... always have through every president. ✌️️😎✌️️
