This assumes that real estate fraud is rampant, which I don't think it is.  A lot of the time the agents or the clients are flakey, but usually not criminals.

You need to find a virtual study buddy or use the search function in this forum to see the responses previously given as this question has been asked and answered so many times.  As Patricia Kennedy responded -- this is a rare occurrence.   

Study hard.  Take lots of practice tests.  Good luck with your license examination.

If it seems "lucky" or "too good to be true" it is probably fraud or, at the very least, some level of dishonesty.
