Lynnea Miller - happens once in a while where everything is a challenge! I just sit quietly for 10-15 minutes!

1. I sit and imagine all the stress, tension and worry seeping out of my body and down into the earth. Right out. From the bones, muscles, thinking, the blood, even at the cellular level. Why not? If it might go, I send it.
2. I think of all the beauty of the earth, sunny days, beaches with waves and kids playing, laughing, warm breezes, nice music: and I take all that healing lovely energy up into my body. The earth can heal us.
3. Make a list of what needs to be done that you don't want to forget. If I skip this step, I spend time in bed worrying if I'll forget one of them.
4. I take a warm bath ( extra warm!) with a few drops of lavender or sweet chestnut Bach Flower Essence (from a health store). Any scent you like will do.
5. Warm milk before bed helps sleep.
6. Congratulations on the expansion! Block out time to make good plans for it eg. coaching, or a tiny (2 hr) retreat just to look at what things need to be in place for success. If you had that all sorted out, I'm sure you'd feel loads better.

I break up all the input & handling with solitaire, something to eat, a classic movie or read and the best one is my hiking and biking. Yes to life as it comes

The best way to sleep is to appreciate all that has happened during the day and have an attitude of gratitude about it all. The good and the bad because without one, you'd not recognize the other.
Then drink or smoke them if you've got them!

I like to spend time on my patio and just watch the birds, or take my dog for a walk.

Step away from the phone, enjoy some time with a favorite person, eat/drink something that makes you happy and keep a healthy perspective... It'll all be there tomorrow. :)

Take a deep breath.
Remind yourself of the destination, and do not, at that moment, think of the journey.
The destination is the "WHY" you are doing what you are doing. Very often it requires an 'adult' intervention that makes clear being an adult means sometimes doing things we don't want to do. The 5, 6 and 7 needs to be your focus at this moment.
Then comes the reminder of 'WHO' you are. The work you have elected to do is because you can see how it effects the lives of others. There is no better vessel in which to journey than real estate, that allows you to intersect with so many lives and so many different levels.
To whom much is given, much is required.
Reconnect with those things for which you are the recipient of unmerited favor. From such profound gratitude comes the durable fabric of enduring happiness. The breezes of the day will not touch that which is firmly established in gratitude.
