Our market is shrinking and this is a better time for FSBO's to get activity than any other time. Now they still need representation and I don't recommend going solo.

If the house has been on the market for a long time,  FSBO are typically ready to sign the dotted lines if they want to close the transaction by the end of the year.

I think fsbo's are usually open to cooperating with buyer agents.... often a tough close for a listing agent, unless the homeowner has had a bad experience with a buyer's agent!!!
