New Builds are the most frustrating for me. The salesmen in the building offices can be terrible at giving necessary information, receiving copies of all documents, informed of pre-drywall and other meetings, etc.
I created a form that I go through and check off at the time of the set down with the builders so items of concern and reminders to make sure agreed items are in the contract if they buyer and builder agree. This helps but it is still a very frustrating process.
