Hi Ginger Harper!  Keep doing what works and get rid of the rest!  Plans have already been implemented for Q1 for our client events - more face-to-face time with them is probably the biggest focus for 2017.

Started today with a television ad.  We will see how it works!

My plan is to focus more on my referral business, but no other major changes planned for now

I've had a really amazing 2nd year in the business and plan to continue doing what I've been doing. Business networking, Facebook and the grace of God seem to be a great combination!!!   :)

This question has been asked quite a bit lately, must be the time of the year:) 

We will get ready and ramped up for the shift. 

I am parntering with someone ... that is all that I can tell you. Otherwise, you know what I would have to do.  I don't want to do that.  I am a do no harm kind of gal 

Keep working and doing what is successful for us. Cultivating more activity for those past clients who seem to feel we moved to another planet.

I will promote myself better.

I have found that having that one day off per week to focus on God and family has really made a huge difference in my business and my life.  

Staying in contact with my past clients and keeping my name out there has been instrumental in keeping the referrals in high gear.

And, for 2017, I will be trying something a bit different with my website and doing more video - just for FUN!!  I will let you know how it does...

Get my CRM on cruise control (by the end of this year with results in 2017), work longer hours to better accommodate by growing east coast business, and focus more on working with the type of people I want to work with, passing on the business and people that end up being a time suck

I have started implementing plans that should be realized in early 2017...

   My wife and I moved to the coast last week.  Even though it's only about 30 miles south of Tallahassee, it's like a world away. 

     I may shift my business from Tallahassee proper to this stretch of Florida, known as "The Forgotten Coast".

Do more advertising, the last few years I have not.

I intend to network more during 2017.

More focus on past clients, I will mail out at least three handwritten cards a day.

I will be increasing social media budget and meet more investors.

Continue to learn more. There's always something new to learn... Knowledge is power. And stay motivated!

I will keep doing much of the same. I like to make changes when needed rather than wait. I wil continue to concentrate onetting listings and bringing on another buyer agent to assist with all the new clients
