When we get a Snowzilla, it does show things down.  People here don't know how to drive in snow!

It pretty much cripples our area. Sellers don't want snow tracked in their homes and buyers don't want to drive or walk in it.

Naw, snow is just part of doing business in Canada!  Freezing rain will keep me indoors however.  That's just too dangerous to be out and about.

In Los Angeles, a little rain can make driving a bit troublesome and I can only imagine what would happen if it snowed.   

Depends on how much snow there is & the temp. If it's too cold like in the minuses, must people don't want to go out unless they have to.

Generally we don't have snow in Charlotte... but on the rare occasion that we do... the city shuts down... see what happens here below... (no time to worry about real estate, have to run out for provisions!):

During a snow or ice storm, things slow down, but as soon as the roads are passable, everything starts up again.

I've shown houses where I had to wade through two foot thick snow to get to a front door to get it open for my clients. (Now that's exercise!) When there's a possibility of that, I make sure the shovel is in the back of the car.

I would not know, since we have no snow. ( i'm so happy about that:)

Non-issue here.

This depends on how much and for how long! We have certain areas of our county which are buried until spring.

I find the buyers are more serious whenthey come out in the cold.

We don't get much heavy snow to affect showing; however, ice is another issue.

Not unless it is a blizzard and the other problem is keeping the snow removed especially the vacant property.

We would be in such shock here everything would stand still.  It didn't seem to bother buyers back in New England - I was out on some really snowy days showing property unless it was a significant storm. I foten hoped they would cancel but it was rare

Snow has never affected business here.

However, a tropical storm raises the 'Closed' sign in Florida.

I have shown properties during snow and ice and closing as well. I guess it depends on the client.

It's been my experience, they are serious buyers who will buy that go out in freezing weather & snow.

Snow is not an issue here on the beach.

Snow happens and people still move in winter so do not slow me up.

Actually, just the opposite. It motivates them to drive to Florida and buy a home from me.

Snow sometimes stops my buyers from getting on their flights down here to look.  

Some buyers hope others will stop and they can take advantage!

The serious buyers are out in the snow.

Weather definitely impacts buyers in our market who WANT to move.  Nothing stops those who HAVE to move.  ;)

We view snow days as bonus holidays here...and love it as long as it only lasts a day or two!!
