I would make each one of these a separate blog. It is alot of information for a buyer or seller who never has bought or sold. Here inspections are 7 to 10 days, but never more. We do our final walk through the day of closing. I do like the q and a style blog though,

I think they are great questions and answers but it's a lot to read in one post and I recommend more white space to make it easier to read, and perhaps better yet reak it into separate posts on different questions.
