My wife and I moved to the coast last week.  Even though it's only about 30 miles south of Tallahassee, it's like a world away.     

    I may shift my business from Tallahassee proper to this stretch of Florida, known as "The Forgotten Coast".  That will require new contacts, new networking.

Need to delegate routine tasks and prospect more.

I will call more people that I know more often

Don't fix what isn't broken is my plan!  I work primarily by referral and will continue to do so.  I've found that most people don't give their plan sufficient time to work and throw the baby out with the bath or fail to make the necessary tweaks to make it their own and build on their success.  I see over complicated plans for a business that is pretty simple. 

Bringing more video to our marketing and have hired a company to handle the digital content.

I will be adding a few things to the list and keep the ones that work!

I am going to follow the path established by the darkside.

As articulated in my most recent blog, the consumer is responding favorably to the perception of empowerment and choice.

Reduce unnecessary expenditures and focus resources on the things that bring real results!

More frequent phone calls to past clients.

No plans for changes and that is not a good plan.

2017 plans are still being revised and reviewed.

Still working on the plan, will finalized it soon.

2 things. We are planning to farm to a small neighborhood AND we are planning to do some "drop-by" visits to our past clients and sphere of influence.

The last couple of years have been good, not changing what is working.

I will keep doing the things that are working and just more of them.

I'm going to concentrate on getting more listings, but that's not really anything new for me. 

I'm not planning on any radical changes.

I'm continuing on with what I'm doing now that is working extremely well. Like Susan Emo stated not fixing what isn't broken!

I'll stay with my existing program.... I might put a different flavor to it.... the team is known and I'll soften the type of exposure now.... but I will also maintain the magnitude of the existing exposure....

Nothing diferent, but all of the same that is working now. 

It's more about refining than re-defining.
