Much, much heavier on buyer this year due to the shortage of new inventory.

Many more buyers this year than sellers... we have had a severe inventory shortage for three years now in my market so very hard to cough up listings.

This year it was 50/50

I have a lot more listings this year and because of that, lots of buyers off the signs so buyers exceed the sellers. 

This year was 65% buyers and 35% sellers, last year was 50 50

This year it is about 50/50.  I had several sellers also buy which created that balance.

For the first time in over 20 years, my stats showed a near 50/50 balance.

Almost dead even, 23 transactions, 12 buyers and 11 sellers.  That said, the gross sales dollars was significantly higher on the buyer side than seller side.

Pretty much equal but I dos ell investors new construction with builders I work with.

Close enough to the end of the year to be able to pass along that it was 60/40 buyers:sellers.

seller transactions were 94%.....we're listing agents.... we work as a buyer's agent for our sellers, if they're buying locally...

I worked with more buyers in 2016. 

Perhaps 70% listed and 30% buyers

60% buyers - it's typically the other way around and much heavier on the sellers.  This year I found myself doing a LOT of new construction sales with buyers because of our painfully low resale inventory.
