No I do not market to them.  If I did, I wouldn't worry about some designation.  My track record speaks for itself.  If a relo cert was needed, I'd create one and certify myself.

No. I do not market relocation companies.  Past experience is they are very challenging to work with and they want too high a percentage for me to pay.

Have not worked with relocations for years. Once was with a franchise that charged an onerous referral fee and gave up on referrals and the franchise!

No, I do not have such designation and actually am not sure of the benefit. I know some brokerages who work with relo companies and give the leads to their agents.

No and I only work that segment of he business to help my clients. I wouldn't go seek it because of the high referral fee and workload associated with it

No. The last relo company I worked with was SIRVA. The process went well enough, but I don't seek out relo companies to work with, and I didn't need any certification to work with them.

I don't and increasingly I won't work with them as they are taking almost 40% of your commission. On small deals it's not worth it... you get to pay them to do more work.

I don't market to them but, until they began charging nearly 50%, I did get the CRP designation.  Now that they charge so very much and RE/MAX's relocation referrals are free to our agents, I have no need to use them any longer.

No, I do not, in essence, discount my compensation 50% to work with a relocation company. I would not actively market to them.

I do not have the CR*P designation either.

However, I have and most likely will encounter citizens whose employer has 'trapped' them into this predatory system. That 50% they steal from agents is what pays for those 'benefits' the arrangement offers.
