I have all of mine a 2 terra bite external drives.
I only keep the current year's data online. The rest is burnt to CD/DVD and stored in a secured location. Right now, about 10GB actively accessible.
Good questions. I have about 1G of private correspondence and 25G of photos at this point. Archived and reachable
I get 1 terabyte of storage with my Dropbox subscription and only use about a fourth of that. But over time it will increase and I don't have to worry about cleaning it out.
Wow, now I need to call my tech guy and ask him
It is in the cloud
We do archive - our backups for data alone are currently 400+ gig.
Our full back backups are 2.4 tb
Lots of photo files for client-agents, so it exceeds 1 Terabyte

I have an archival process for online data regarding listings and deals. I had a cloud based backup for my computer which I canceled this year due to a lot of backup failures. I need to get another set up.
I've got everything on a back up drive. I have no idea how big it is. Hmmm. gotta check that!
I have a 1T MacBookPro and a 1T Time Capsule as well as 1T in DropBox storage. So far, so good!
Yes I have a system, but like any security system, it is best to not discuss it in public.
I have a couple of external drives, they are 2TB. One is full, the other has lots of space left on it. The process is regular backup.
I use Carbonite. Not sure how much space I'm currently using.
I do not know.
I do have a back up hard drive.

I have several backups ... server level, external hard drive. I archive annually. I also do periodic cleaning and purging of files.
It keeps on growing. Some archival methods include storing it on archival sites as well as having your federal government back it up in one of its massive data centers.
I would eyeball the total at about 1T. That breaks down to online backup, several externals and hard drives from every computer used for business in the past 15 years. Some of the backups are redundant but I like it like that. And they are archived chronologically to correspond with hard files.
I don't trust online to protect anything securely period.
My wife and I have 2T backup combined.
