I was in LA and not home in my office, so unless the cats were hanging out it was barren

Same - I had to push them out of the way to get my portion.

Have no idea what is happening in my office. I drop off and pick up checks. From the size of those who are there, is suspect a lot of fudge is dissappearing.

I was in my office yesterday and agent after agent left the office saying, "OK, Merry Christmas!" and I was thinking, "Huh? It's only Tuesday!" I guess most people are starting their holiday early.

agents are still in and out.... we're all doing business in between holiday errands....

Empty - I was out and about!

It was probably empty as well, I did not go. It is getting too busy with a family before Holidays....

Today I have a closing and a tenant application being processed. Otherwise...its quiet. I am a one person office though!

Sole proprietor and nobody present!

Busy. My daughter wrote an offer, another agent wrote a backup and another agent wrote an offer. I am tying up loose ends for a closing Thursday and took a call for a listing appointment scheduled for Saturday January 7th

I was swamped, Had 1 closing, 1 new listing and 1 buyer looking for pictures of a home before it snowed. The phones were slow and no one brought me any cookies or fudge darn it

Cookies and fudge? Unfortunately(err I mean fortunately), I saw none. 

Staff was in and a few agents in/out when I was there.

As usual just me and one other agent.  No deliveries or visits

Quiet at home. No distractions..love it!

I went to the office for about 5 minutes, to check mail and restroom. 

We had several agents in the office doing some heavy prospecting.

My office is in my house... no visitors. It's me, myself, and I. What happens at the brokerage office is not something I'm typically aware of.

People scattered throughout - mingled work and play!

Not too many people were there.

Had a master-mind meeting with owners and brokers-in-charge and while in the conference room, watched several delivery companies delivering gifts for our agents!  There were very few agents in the office to receive their gifts though!  

I wasn't near my office today... but I've seen similar before.

Yesterday was slow and so is today...at least so far. We can expect it to be slow at this time of the year.

So I'm not the only one? :)  My office is filled to the gills with crackers and cheese, cookies, elk jerky (we're in Wyoming), and candies. I'm making sure I work out every day to burn off the extra calories!

Henderson, REALTOR®, Broker, Tacoma Washington we left for Beverly Hills at 5AM for a 7AM appointement, and to distribute gifts to various friends.  Then we had a noon appointment, and then a 2PM appointment...so no one was bearing cookies, and the FEDEX man brought a package of wine for which I had to sign.  He asked me if I was 21, and I took it as a compliment, LOL  A

Just a long meeting with one of our agents and one of our foresters, no treats were involved.

   My wife and I ran errands all day, had lunch at a restaurant... nobody was at the home office!

I don't know.  I wasn't there!

We had several agents coming in and out of the office writing offers for buyers.

Funny, I am at my home working today because of what you said about your office.

My home is my office, so not much going on.  Had a check delivered from a closed escrow yesterday, Merry Christmas to me!

Quiet.  Sun shinning ... birds chirping.  Life is Good.

We are seeing vendors in the office as well. But so are the admin people, agents working deals (yes, we are having these!), and the floor agent. 

I am out of the office...but I bet I would find the same thing if I went in!!

Well you certainly have first choice on treats!  Sounds fun to me!

Food, drink, sugar and all the rest...Next year, I will instruct to just send cash and that will probably reduce it all....lol

My office, my wife and I, hit the beach. No cookies but greatw aves off the ocean.

My office is busy as usual as I work from home. I do wish my cats would give it a rest and head out to La la land.

Wait...the cookies I baked yesterday are missing. Someone must have been sleep walking.

My office is at home, my husband made me make Oatmeal cookies - making baskets now with them to hand out

Cookies and fudge sounds great and would entice me to go into mine(which I never do).

We have gypsies year round bearing fruit like the three wise men but without the camels or little one wrapped in swaddling clothing. Title companies, mortage lenders on foot trying to break into the local market but with no sticks or bricks, no jobs created locally as they suck money out of the economy. Or try too. Don't forget to get up and stretch from all that reaching, sampling holiday platters! 

I no longer go to the office.
