Yes, I did to both groups. What do you mean by a system? I buy cards, I address them, I stamp them, I write in them, and I mail them.

They all get a card of their denomination; and it is on an file here on the computer.

I make homemade cookies for any clients who closed/signed lease in the past year and I hand deliver them at Christmas time. For any other past clients, I just keep in touch my normal way - all year long.

I am selective because it is a lot of people.

I send out a Magnetic Calendar each December -- some before and some right after the holiday.  I'm still in process - but to answer your question I send to past, present and prospective clients.

I do have a system to deliver electronic messages to my clients.

I was lucky and had over 26 past client text me yesterday to wish me Merry Christmas.

My whole CRM received a Christmas Card, my Virtual Marketing Dept. handles it, I just: 1. email the database and 2. approve the card design.

In my home, I set up one tree upon which I will hang lights and Christmas cards as ornaments.

The cards I send to family, friends and clients in any status is to perpetuate this tradition. The cards must be suitable for hanging or display.

And when they invite me to their Holiday party, I see I am making a difference in the world.

Like Joe Pryor - it's a selective process because there are simply so many. We add their 'status' to our database - everyone gets something but, all don't get hand-written/signed cards.  We start in September addressing envelopes and writing the cards.  

This year, we decided that in 2017, we're going to do some of our list each month the first few months - just the cards and the names on the envelopes in case we have to change the address!  This is where a great CRM comes in handy!

I send out Thanksgiving cards and I will send out New Years Inspiration cards after the holidays are over.  I want my cards noticed.  There is way to much going on for our potential and past clients to really pay attention to the Christmas cards. 

I find that I actually get a nice response back on the Thanksgiving cards.
