I love my DropBox, ZipForms and DocuSign 'suite' - I use it numerous times every single day and can't remember what this business was like without it! The three together are dynamo!
A close second is iMessage - Being in Charlotte with a LOT of millennial clients who love texting, iMessage is a Godsend! Any time I'm on my computer and someone texts me, I can quickly type a response or drag a document or photo right into my text message, back to them. It takes 1/2 second when typing on my phone and finding a document to send to them takes several minutes for me!
