Wow! SOOOOoooooo many CRM questions lately.

Split costs? No.

What CRM? WiseAgent for solutions conforming to CRM sameness.
Do I like it? For doing the same thing every real estate agent does, it is perfect.

However, you need to visit the BIG BOYs like SalesForce and Hubspot. These are increadily expensive. But there is a clue to find that will better enable you to understand what you want your CRM to do for your business.

Only then can the best CRM for you be identified.
