I've got a pretty good brain. Can calcuate the tip without much effort.

Sometimes, I use the 4 banger on my phone.

Other times I plug number into a special spread sheet and magic happens.

Too often I calculate to 17 places right of the decimal, when a SWAG was all that was needed.

Oh, but you asked about my FAVORITE. It is still the yellow pad. Howver, OneNote with a stylus is proving to be awesome.

Add, subtract, multiply, and divide... basic math I learned by the time I finished fourth grade. And much of it I can do in my head. If the head doesn't work, the basic calculator on my phone does. Never understood this "fear" of real estate math. Agents should be way more worried about real estate contracts as most don't have legal training or experience.
