Just in the last couple of days:

1. "Worn out" lock and combo boxes.

2. "Saturated" - where you know the condo has been in and out of the market for more than a year, yet the DOM shows, like, days. 

3. "Perceived of no value" - reconfigured condos that started out with more bedrooms--but is still being advertised as having more bedrooms. Or where the Lanai has been enclosed and now, technically, you've added square footage. Come on!

Blitz emails from and to agents about new listings, then that it's going to be open on Sunday, then that it's been staged, then it just goes on and on.  I'm now getting about 300 a day, and they all get zapped without opening.  

And I've tried to unsubscribe.
