Hiking is also my most used exercise Anna Banana Kruchten .We hiked 3 miles at Point of Rocks, 3 miles mixed wooded trails and flat towpath at Weverton, then up und down the trail to Weverton Cliff. This is view from Weverton Cliff. Harpers Ferry WV in distance, Lovettsville to left, Potomac river, and that's a RR track and route 340 below. ( 3 seperate hikes on 3 different days.)

Pretty good, not 100%. I got a cheap fitness tracker and trying to get that golden 10,000 steps each day. Most days I do, some days I've fallen behind. I kind of hate making myself do 30 minutes of exercise or what not, so I try to walk extra during they day, a few extra times up and down the stairs, the farthest parking spot, etc. -Kasey

After that, it's walking up and down the hills in Carmel-by-the-Sea - you don't even realize how much energy that takes. Plus walking a mile on the beach very early in the morning.
