I use it but only the free version. I like the selection of emails although I occasionally modify them slightly. Having the reports to see who clicked and opened is useful. I usually get several comments with each email.

Circling and reading the responses to this question. I prefer emails from my insanely original mind.

I've been using Happy G for many years. I have a good response rate. It works well for my personality ...soft, light and easy touch every three weeks. I only use their basic keep in touch plan.
As with all systems, it is not perfect. There are glitches from time to time. This has resulted in my being proactive with my messaged going out. I do not wait to receive their "it's time" to send a message.

I used it for a couple of years but it was time for a change. Most of my folks didn't like to click through to read an article. My favorite part of the program was that it was easy with no work on our end and another light soft touch to our folks.

It was something I was going to look into a while back and I forgot about it. What are you wanting to use it for?

Michael J. Perry - I did use their service.
Yes, the emails were opened, the links were clicked but that's the extent of it!

I haven't heard of the free version that Jeff Dowler mentioned but, do know several agents who use them and LOVE their campaigns! They are light, positive and non-real estate related. Supposedly they get great feedback from their sphere from the e-mailers.

I learned about Happy Grasshopper on Active Rain, went to their webinar and signed up. Been with them about a year or so. I think the main thing it's done for me is cleaned up my database and keeps me in front of all the active emails every 3 weeks. I get a few responses back every month letting me know they enjoy the messages. When I first started I got a number of "not so nice" emails from Realtors who said "Why are you bothering me with these emails? I'm a Realtor!" I kindly responded that this was my way of staying in contact, and in the event they needed a referral or I need to refer we would be more familiar with each other. After that response, most said, "Oh, okay, that's fine."

I never had a chance and did not even know they offer something for free. Thanks all for your feedback.

I know a couple of people on AR who have used it for years and are very happy with the results.

I have not. Looked into it after a webinar here, but that was the extent for me.

I'm not... I've heard and seen a lot about it and I gather it works for many, but just not my style -- too cutesy for me.

Michael,
I just Google it and it appears that it is for KW agents. Too pricey, I never heard of it before.

I've never heard of Happy Grasshopper. Are you using it, Michael J. Perry?
