Yes, we do.  And when we write for our clients, we have a 3rd person proof read.  Ron and I know what each other means and on occasion miss a typo because we immediately read it the right way.  A

I'm pretty good at proof reading and have no problem correcting anything that might have been missed.  It doesn't happen often and helps to remind me that I'm human

I read mine several times over the course of several days...perfection!

I do not have a proofreader but read carefully before posting and also do a printout right after posting to double check for errors. I do find a few and immediately correct.

I have a Ad min and she proofreads..always better to have  a secon pair of eyes!

Yes, my wife is my assistant she proofs my listings.

no one else reads my posts....I proof them...sometimes I find errors after it's posted and I correct them...

Yes - Suzanne and I both review - then the clients review and sign off before it goes in the MLS - so far so good!

Since I am responsible for my listings, I upload them myself.  I don't have the front desk staff do it as on the rare occasion I asked them to, there are always errors.   I'm very detailed oriented and check my work myself and usually good at proofreading....

I proofread them before it goes public. But I am only human, so mistakes will happen...life goes on.

    I try not to make mistakes... although the other day, I used "their" instead of "there".  Found it later when I was reading a comment.

I follow a favorite editor's advice: sleep on it, then review with fresh eyes in the morning. I save listings in draft, and revisit later when my eyes aren't glazed over.

My modem has error correction on it.

They sign the MLS data entry page before entry in the signature block.  I do my own proofreading.

I do that myself ... look over a minimum of three times.  I am human and do make mistakes as well.  Most are easily corrected with no real harm done.

My office has an administrator that posts listings to the MLS...she has a good eye and will immediately contact an agent is something seems 'goofy'...

I'm not an agent but since I'm a lone ranger, Grammarly and I are on our own with anything I publish.

I have me, myself and I and i dont worry as the gramar police will sure be on the case if i do not capitalize an "I" or spell THE like TEH

Not another person but I read it once before input & darn if there isn't more corrects after input which I just change OR .... I just get a better idea or phrase.

Hey it does happen. I do my own and proof read it. I don't depend only on spellcheck.

I proofread my own stuff and have the seller review as well. Otherwise, no one reads my listings before they are published.

I don't... in the corporate world one of my responsibilities was directing the production of our annual corporate report to shareholders... which is a big deal in a Fortune 500 Company. So I can proof read with the best of them to this day. I proof twice before activating. But my clients don't sign off and can't see anything in any event before I actually activate in our mls.

My husband and I read each other's stuff and we also send a link of the listing to the sellers to review once it's posted.  If there are mistakes they find them!  -Kasey

Our MLS has spell check but if you spell the wrong word it won't change it so read it again before posting a listing.

no, I proof read others flyer, contract and mls write up for others though.

I do have a proof reader for somethings but not for others.. I sometimes make misstakes to... LOL

I read, re-read, then read out loud to be sure it reads properly.  Also, send the listing to the Seller.

I do have our part time office assistant, Casey, check my stuff. She's great. I don't trust the other office assistant to do that.
