You bet - it's the only way to market - as Barbara Todaro said, you've got to market like you mean it...and then some!

      I use a "21-day rule".   Seller, if we don't have an offer in hand after 21 days on market, we need to consider a new price, and/or re-examine any obstacles to showing.

I am not familair with the term but do use a series of marketing actions as soon as a property goes on the market.

I market all of the team lisitngs.... accelerated???  I market like I mean it....is that fast enough? powerful enough?

We are not sure what you are talking about.  Please clarify.

For a "hurry up and submit your offer" type marketing?  I've only done that when I've had hot homes with multiple offers piling in on day 1.

It must be a term you use in pre-marketing auctions..not familiar with the term.

For one year...back in 2008 I started an auction company and used the term accelerated marketing.

Depends on the plan the seller chooses.

There is ALWAYS a bump up in marketing due to a new listing.

However, 'acellerated marketing' which I will connect to a date specific sale, will engage a marketing strategy that differs from a new listing.

I have deadlines for the new listings - if I believe the price is lucrative for buyers. Can that be considered accelerated marketing?

You can price it like that guy here: condo/townhome $50K, SFH: $99K, median home price=$950,450    a few months later that guy is on probation license wise.

We do not have a accelerate marketing with our listings, they get offers within hours of putting them on the market.
