Hi Ethan, not exactly the same question, but a similar one was just asked yesterday. You can go back a page or two in the questions to find it and read some of those answers too. Also, in all your questioning remember some laws are federal but some are state specific so be sure that when you are researching you learn your state specific laws regarding the topics you ask questions about and are learning about.
