I don't pop by.  I don't pop off.  I don't call my Dad Pop either.   

I rotate it.

I decide one of two ways:

The theme: Mother's Day, Father's Day, Pet Owner-items, etc. dictates who.

No theme, Referral Maker CRM by Buffini & Company tells me who needs a pop by.

Like Michael Jacobs we did not pop by.  I hated when agents popped by our house in Los Angeles with a gift of some sort.  I remember one who came buy with a teeny, tiny plant in a teeny tiny pot as a gift.  Her motto was "I am planting  myself in your mind."  It was a nice gesture, however it was meaningless.  In Napa, we had flags put on our mailbox on the 4th.  It would be evident to anyone with nefarious intentions of robbing your home that you were not home, if you did not pluck that flag off right away.  Again, nice thought, but executed without fully thinking about potential consequences.  Same with door hangers!

I don't especially do pop-by gifts on a regular basis.

Depends upon the season and no, they are rotated - the same people don't get a pop-by!

I don't do pop-bys personally but I know others who do and love it.

Could you talk to my agent, he has been popping by the office for years, and has never brought a gift.

I would try to mix it up so different people are blessed with my presence.

I mix the gifts up.  If I have not connected with former clients for a while I make sure they are recipients of a pop by gift.

I love to Give Peanut Butter as gifts to people anytime I can sometimes in addition to the PB I throw in some J LOL

I drank a soda pop once and been to a pop-up restuarant, does that count?

I am more of a rocker that a popper.

I have never done pop-bys.

It hasn't been happening lately but when it does, I'd visit my A/A+ and further drill down the distribution based upon the season/theme and quite honestly, my mood.  ;)

I do not do pop-bys ... I do not do gifts in such a manner. 

I do not make it a habit to be giving gifts throughout the year. It would be a financial and logistics nightmare.

I make a run to a certain part of town on Saturdays and most people get something every 3 months.

Same gift, if defined as an 'experience opportunity' I would respond yes.

However some would say a walk in the Big Cypress Swamp and a trip to he Dali museum are different. I say they are both EXPERIENCE gifts.

I never had time to pop anywhere.... my mailings were my contact piece.... I was always a listing agent....and they recieved a gift at closing, if and when I decided to give a gift.... my developer/builders were the only ones who received large gift baskets at Christmas....baskets for the whole family to enjoy....
