Mrs Kravitz is the example I use to explain the importance of Seller disclosure.

Yeah, all residents do some watching. Some through binoculars, and some through rifle scopes.

Our Neighborhood Watch has converted to NextDoor and it seems to be very effective - in fact, it may be more effective than the former, official Neighborhood Watch!

Not officially, but we watch out for each other.
We had a "disturbance" late at night recently. Loud, weird noises, barking dogs. I went out my backdoor with a shotgun and a flashlight. Two of my other neighbors were already outside, they called out to each other and to me. Eddie was holding a rifle, and James was brandishing a handgun.
We didn't see anything, but I fired the shotgun at a large tree; so that the noise would scare off anybody or anything. We all went back to our homes; nothing else happened that night.

We live in a rural area. No, we don't have a neighborhood watch. I do have a Mrs. Kravitz nearby and she will call if there is something out of the normal.

Yes we do have one. It's the neighborhood dogs. My dog recently saved my car from being broken into. It was late at night and I have my car parked on the street due to the amount of firewood in my driveway. I love my dog.

In our neighborhood it is a facebook neighborhood group. Cars that drives suspiciously around the neighborhood after 10pm, speeders, solicitors are all announced on the page. Instantaneously we all are able to track illegal activities. I love Eastvale.

We do in my neighborhood, i am a big oart of it always coming, going and watching in this business. Happy to have actually caught a burglar in the act once down the road, not happy he was there, but happy he was caught due to my eagle eye

I am a civilian Certified Crime Prevention Specialist, like most police Crime Prevention Officers, and we have an informal neighborhood watch.
The biggest problem we have is with negligent landlords renting to bad tenants who sometimes cause nuisance problems like noise, loud music, parties, drinking, fighting. Homeowners leave front porch lights on at night and many have motion sensor lighting. I just updated to LED lighting. I keep a digital camera with zoom lens available if needed.
Our street is curved, so I can't see the other end of the street, only my adjacent neighbors. Police dept is only about 2 miles/5 minutes away.

I don't see neighbors as a question on the seeker disclosure firm. Maybe it should be but I am not sure they would tell the truth
