I know you said you don't want to go to Fb school but it is still a good idea to just get a tiny bit of insight so you know a little of what someone else is doing for you. I learn a lot from Anita Clark - she is the best teacher for the DIYer.
If you want someone to do this for you, I trained my vas do this for us and for other agents. You can check out Ryan Hill Realty on Facebook to see what part time work looks like, although you don't see all the engagement, getting likes, behind the scenes, creating the content, creating graphics, doing text overlays, sizing the graphics for FB, etc.
To get started you may want to consider a service like CityBlast that charges like $49 per month to post to several of your pages. We use them as well. The reason; is they are very good with engaging content and we get a lot of people to share the posts. I do this on top of what my vas do for our own company. If you just want to talk about a plan, contact me. I will give you some resources as well. Katerina

Sorry, I do my own. I went to "Facebook School" via Hootsuite University. It was free and the Facebook ads/boosting module took an hour or less.

Marketing 360 and Back At You Media are the 800 lb gorillas in this space.
They will do well for you if 'templated' programs are suitable for an undefined real estate business.
However, if you have a specialty, a niche, collateral to boast of, you may want a more customized campaign.
I would turn to YOUR website coder for a recommendation.
AND, you may just find Craigslist a good resource for compiling a list of available service providers who respond to a well constructed 'gigs' submission.

It is so easy to do. There is a boost button with every post. There are plenty of people out there that will do this for you, but probably not worth the money.

I look at it different. For me Facebook is a great reminder of those who see my posts what i do and gets them to contact me to see what i can do for them. I do get a great deal of referrals though from people who see my posts and refer me to those who they know that are not on my friends list.

Wow! So many responses pointing you in the right direction. I use to keep up with social media for my sons business before getting my licenses. It's time consuming. I'm going to bookmark and return for names. I'm giving InStockSocial a spin. Right now using the free service. I do get engagement and I'm sure for $ it would be better. Back at you media is also on my list to try as a paid service. Let us know how this works for you.

First of all Faecbook's aritifical intelligence they use on their ads negate the use of a third part and second of all it is a bigh social media site that the law of attraction can work if you know who and why you are trying to attract them.

It is very difficult to be very busy and get social media done. Sometimes I wish I had someone for that too!

I manage both of my pages myself, but it would be nice to get someone to post there consistently ( and on all other networks as well.... so time consuming)

I just started posting ads on Facebook. Take the time to research the how to, it really isn't that hard to do. I been using L2L to create the ads very easy and effective.

Social Media Marketing seems to be a constant moving target. How many 'hats' we need to wear in this business. Others here have posted some good alternatives, but does the return justify the cost?

HomeSnap does it for you. Did not totally investigate because I do mine myself but what I saw looked good.
