When I am the buyer I can do them pretty quick, have had a few completed in well under a week.

Just got an offer on a home tonight that was going to tie the home up for 6 months while they sold their other home and slowly went through the finance and inspection process.

That agent is getting a "suggestions on how to write an offer" letter from this seller.

I can't remember anything I would consider "fast". We are slow as molasses around here.

A rush appraisal was done and came in on time; the lender was able to get it Closed in 10 days!

As I recall, it was ten days - conventional loan and a condo.  Many years ago.

Gee I thought I was doing well at 12 days!

Well before or after TRID? Before TRID I recall one that went in about 10 DAYS! Since TRID I had one that was less than 3 weeks and that included a few businesses closed holiday days

About 2 weeks.

Offer on Tuesday, closing on Friday!

Years ago it was 7 days, but recently had a 13 day cash closing.

Nathan - I have never had an all cash purchase transaction, so am pretty sure the fastest closing was 23 days.

As I recall I think it was ten days. 

4 days on a new construction, no contingencies but 2 year warranty from a builder, i represented an international cash buyer. 

I think we had a 3 or 5 day close once.  Love all cash, no inspections.

3 days all cash. Anxious buyer and motivated seller. Title company owed me a favor!

Offer Monday, Closed Friday (in 2016) 5 days.

two weeks....cash deal.... title done .... ready to close....

7 days.  10 and 14 day closings are common in my market.

A person can push for anything if desired. I have done one comfortably within 3-4 weeks with no problems or stress. BTW...weekends and holidays do not cooperate

In the old days we could do it in about 3 days. I remember one agent sold a property one day and the buyer came into the office the next day with cash and closed. That doesn't happen anymore with all the regulations.

Just under one week; cash; no inspections foreclosure.

3 days, offer, seller signed, title search and close.... done

Probably less than two weeks, cash of course.

They have a very unique process.

1 day deal bought at auction miss those days

Less than a week.

I had one that could have closed very quickly - but seller had a party planned at the home so buyer graciously extended an extra few weeks until the party date.
