Oregon and North Carolina were just named two of the top relocation states (I love that NC is still ranking after the bathroom debacle)!

I don't follow any state statistics... real estate is very hyper-local, so I do know that the Charlotte, NC region will be strong. Can't speak to the rest of NC and SC as I don't follow those markets, but as both states are in the top six moved to states year after year I'd venture a guess that NC and SC will be popular.

Oregon has consistently been the number one state for people to move to over the last few years. I don't know if this will continue, but it should still rank high.

More data needed. A 35ish single male with skin not touched sun may not be inclined to think about Florida.
A 35ish woman who knows the inner workings of VPS may be drawn to Cupertino.
