I read from another site that there are several Utah students I question why they don't join a help site like Yahoo groups trading dated studing material? From what I can get many signed up for the cheapest school and get denied on the licensing exam.

They are not agents yet, so may not know. I have met some wonderful students, outgoing, professional and friendly thanking me when i leave answers. Some others, you never hear from again. I am always interested to see who passed. On the other note, there is nothing like the voice of Paul Harvey

Now that was a smart and great approach to the pesky issue of Utah School of Real Estate!

It's like the weather here in Georiga, hot, cold, warm, hot cold, etc.  all in one week!  Seriously one of the main challenges with being a real estate agent,  is to gain and maintain control of your calendar and that is where time blocking comes in.  You can control your schedule or your schedule can control you.  I use Google Calendar religiously and if it is not on my calendar it doesn't exist! After you get this mastered the rest falls in place.  Real estae is very rewarding and challending and I feel blessed to be in the business!

I wonder if any actually look at questions.

Always a good idea to know what you are getting into perhaps before you stick your toe in
