Well, you can't fire a mentor, they do so out of kindness...and mentorship by design is always temporary.

But I have switched coaches 5 times in 18 years.

More for change than issues.

A KW franchise let go a coach-legal expert and a managing director. Over 100-120 agents went different places when it happened.

I don't believe in high pressure fast talking coach is idea for me. People go with me because I do not push them.
