We rarely take on new agents... they can't afford our fees. And I really have no idea how many come on board. Maybe some of our teams take on newbies as buyer agents but again I pay no attention to other agents' team structures and have no idea, as none of it impacts my business. But I will say that one reason I'm with the brokerage I'm with is because majority of agents have serious experience and we're not a training ground for new agents the way so many brokerages are.

None.
That's the sign of a REMAX agent. No rookies in the OJT program here.

I had one new agent in the lifetime of my Brokerage. It was great as I was able to teach her the right way to do things without outsie intervention. All sign a contract that allows me to stop thier association with my Brokerage at anytime I feel they are not performing in a proper manner

I really wouldn't know as I don't concern myself with the brokerage directly

Paul - We are a small office, and currently do not have any newer agents.

We have a different set up for Metro Brokers - under one roof more than 30 companies with their own agents. We have a few that are that new but not many. For the first two years, a Broker must give that agent close supervision.

None, and we don't want any. We are very comfortable with the team we have.

0 We don't recruit agents, especially new ones. We've taken them on in the past, but they didn't work out.

Zero. We are a small office though and only take on new agents that come in wanting to work together with us as a team. Currently the newest agent has been licensed for 5 years.

We have over 500 agents, I have no clue. Plus my office is 15 miles North of the BBR office.

We have no probation period - I think we have about 20 or so - all are welcome and training is free!

No longer an issue. In the past, certain tasks were required to continue sponsorship!

Our office only hires seasoned agents. They did make an exception when my sister, a newly licensed agent, joined my team last summer. But, that was because I took her under my wing.
My local association adds about 60 new Realtors a month.

None. But always willing to take on a new agent who wants to succeed. It seems like the big franchises are holding the classes, retaining the agents and bleeding them dry of their contacts before they go get a real job again.

Everyone has been with us for decades, no novices around at the present time. But i am sure we will put on a few later this year.

I do not track such things. That type of data is only of interest to the owners and management.

There are quite a few for sure.
