Pretty much most days i am the cook, the bottle washer, pie maker, listing agent, selling agent, referee, umpire, psycologist, Mr fix it, mortgage explainer and what ever else is needed. I do what needs to be done and do less thinking and work on getting results which makes what ever i do worth while. A happy cleint refers lots of new clients. 

I value it highly.

The value I place on my time is "priceless."

I value my time at $100 an hour.  That is what I charge when I bill out per hour instead of %.

I don't know the full context of the what & why agents..as you mention, are not doing certain things, but if it's not getting in the way of providing outstanding client service than more power to them.

I value my time much more than I had in the past, I have been doing some rightful slicing and dicing to improve on the efficiencies in business and in life. 

Time is priceless but essentially you start from your desired annual income divide by the number of hours you plan or do work in a year.. this is the level of hourly pay you need to earn.

Doing any activity that doesn't return that kind of hourly return should be outsourced in some way.

Depends on what I am doing and how full my schedule is.

My time is more valuable now that I have kids.  I don't hire out a lot of tasks or have assistants, but I cram in the more important things and let the less important things wait, or decipher what doesn't need to be done at all that I may have done in the past.  -Kasey

My time is spent meeting with buyers and sellers..that is what I do best and I hire the rest.

We are in the people service business so I try to be as flexible as I can.  It only takes a minute to at least aknowledge that you have received a question or an inquiry.  I have also heard some agents say that they will only handle clients looking in a specific price range.  I try not to limit myself because that small client can turn into a great referral for more business, especially after experiencing my service!!

I do put my efforts towards duties that will bring me business.

I value my time extremely highly, but there are low-level tasks I just won't farm out (like blogging/social media/etc.).  Not because I don't trust companies to do it, but because there is no well in hell I'm giving out my account credentials to ANYONE!

My time is priceless.  I won't spend my time chasing business.  That is tied to my self- respect.  

It's a guestimate of what I'm worth - and I'm worth a lot!

Don't waste my time, it's the worst offense in my world

and you will meet Mr. Scary if you do waste it.
