I have not.
Anthony Acosta - ALLAT...
I would like to offer an incentive to fellow CRS designees that sell my listing but I am not sure if that is legal. I have posed that question to our local and state association but have not received a definitive answer.
On a brokerage level, I do offer my agents incentives in the form of higher commission splits for every NAR sanctioned designation/certification, every year they are involved in the real estate industry, and every leadership position they hold in my community.
Setting team goals I like this idea better...reaching plateaus together :-)
One of my past brokers always gave a plaque for top sales every year.
William Piotrowski - we do have contests among our office agents few times in a year.
When I had a team I did not need to have contests. All members were busy working and bringing in contracts.
No, it's just me here.
Know; we all know what needs to be done to earn our living without a contest to create a high pressure situation which will transport directly to clients.
No. They are not competing with each other.
No, I don't run contests within our office.
I do not.
Incentives yes. Contest/competition no. The incentives are based on personal production and goals not based upon doing better than others in the office. -Kasey
No we never did when we had a lot of agents in the office.
no.... they work as a team....they don't compete with each other... they help each other.... they compete with agents outside of our office...
That is just not my style ...
I do not - their incentive is a pay check :)
No team no contests.
No, it only benefits the winner and hurts those lower on the list!
We do an event once a year, for top production in units sold. The agents enjoy the competition and the prize.

We offer to reimburse team members who pass their Broker License test...
My old brokerage used to do this. It was great for the brokerage, but no so good for the lower producing agents.
I reward those who with with and for me. I pick fun activities like a concert, red sox games or food
I guess we should.
No honestly. We're all in different offices, so we only see each other at the monthly Mastermind meeting or when I play golf with my co-founder.
Is there some significance to asking 10 questions this morning?
Appears to be some contest or challenge of some kind.
Don't have a team so no contests.
Yes we do, seems the same people always win.
