I'd say about 100 people are routinely in and out of that office - lenders, marketing folks, operations and agents. 

No receptionist in our office. Only a few agents actually work in the office and we are in an office paark so no walk-ins

We don't have that kind of setup anymore. When we did, yes, the receptionist did a great job of recalling names of a lot of folks. We called her the Director of 1st Impressions.

There are 70 businesses in my office building, so not sure how many she knows by name? I write thank you notes to our ladies of first impressions and give away Starbucks cards for above and beyond favors with clients, so she/they remember me.
