Lunch... what's lunch? Who has time to eat? 

Well, I mostly work from my home office, so the fridge and stove are just few steps away. 

I eat lunch with clients and networking partners most days, sometimes a long lunch with my bride and occasionally alone at home then I walk Peroni.

I don't eat at my desk.

No lunches at my desk. Those days are in the distant past.

Paul - This may sound bad, but there are many days where I don't eat lunch. When I do, I am usually still working.

I only eat lunch out with clients, vendor partners...and my team! Other than that, I don't eat lunch!  What about you, Paul S. Henderson, REALTOR®, Broker, Tacoma Washington?

I have eaten at my desk for decades...Now I eat where I want

All depends on the day, sometimes lunch isn't even an option.

I eat lunch at home most of the time

Every now and then I knw my day will be slammed to take lunch with me to the office. The rest of the time I am out and about and plan to get lunch out or eat at home.

Only at my desk on the busiest days.  Every one needs a mental break from the phone and email.

Sometimes I step away.  Mostly I enjoy my coffee and green smoothie for breakfast in my office.  Save for lunch ... salad or something light.  I do not eat dinner in my office 

Eat at the desk, sometimes while visiting, other times while working.

Do my best to step away and just chill out.

I work out of my home so I am home for lunch every day - even if it is at my desk most of the time!

Breakfast, but rarely lunch unless I have a lunch meeting....which I try to make as few as possible.

I eat at my desk, when I'm in the office... I don't go in everyday.... I have a fruit bowl on my cabinet.... fresh apples, oranges and bananas are replenished every week....

I think it's important to step away from your desk. Do not take calls while you eat either.

In my corporate job, I almost always ate at my desk. Now, if I'm not driving around and therefore eating in my car, I take 15 minutes or so to sit down and read something while eating my meal. And in the summer when it's nice out, if I'm working at home, I sit out on the back deck. And I admit, sometimes my break extends to more than 15 minutes.

I don't eat at my desk and I don't eat in the car. Food is too much pleasure to waste the moment.

Lunch, what a novel concept. Monday is Rotary day meeting, lunch but the rest of the week is a blur.

Eatting lunch is my time to breathe, get away and an oasis... therefore i eat out every day

After suffering a heart attack several years ago, my Surgeon said that the ups and downs and pressure of the mortgage business,one should never eat where they work. He gave me a pamphlet to read about eating in the work place. The percentage of people who suffered heart related issues increased greatly between those who eat at work as opposed to those who go out. He even said your better off eating in your car away from the office, than at work.

Each day is different.

Most of the time when I am in the office (I work from home a lot as well) Dad and I grab lunch at a local restaurant. But I always have snacks on hand in case one or both of us get tied up. I try to make sure I get out and reset my head at least once a day.

On trading floors on Wall St we always ate lunch at our desks unless we had customer lunches.
