Hi Ronald... they have been having problems for months. Slowly, but surely, I am moving all my links away from them. And at some point soon I will move away from there altogether. I haven't been able to get an answer in months. It's a total travesty.

All of those systems designed in the 80's, built in the 90's and revised 10 times since are very expensive legacy systems to keep up. By the way, Active Rain is one of those systems and the AR gremlins are tinkering away.
You know who owns MarketLeader and they apparently will have a deal you can 't refuse.
However, having been in the software industry, there is no good answer until you have the right answer. SO no answer is all that is available.
It is frustrating dealing with an organization with no published contact information. Hmmm, does that describe AR?

OH MY! That's terrible Ronald Gombach! We've been having similar issues with Diverse Solutions. I don't understand how you can charge for a product that you can't both provide & service in a timely fashion.

I do not use that product.
It has been having problems for a few weeks now. They have been working on it.
I use IDXBroker Platinum for my IDX and haven't run into any recent issues.
