Seriously that is a chunk of change. If I was you I'd slam them all over social media so others will know. Write a post about it & spread it everywhere. That way they won't do it to others.
Before they took your money they should have been sure it worked with your MLS.

Thank you for exposing a dishonest cheat.
A lot of agents would have gone underground and not say anything...and then there are some agents who probably think that you are wrong to tell the dirty truth.
Kudos to standing up to what is right.

This definitely sounds problematic... wish I had an answer for you. I've heard of iAppraisal but their pricing was so insane, I never gave it more than a cursory glance. What's in the fine print of the contract you signed with them?

Paying $3500 for something you are not sure of and respected people haven't given a testimonial on is not a good decision to make.

You should be shouting this from the roof tops among any and all social media sites particularly real estate agent groups as Lyn Sims Fred Griffin pointed out and that is a LOT of money

This company is a complete scam. They charged me $894.01 for their service on 2/17/17. Once I paid for their services I was excited about the opportunity that they told me I had to increase my business through their services. After a few weeks went by with no updates on the status I started to wonder what was going on so I reached out to them. They stated that they were working with vendors to get their product launched in the state of CO and it would be any day. At that point I still trusted them as they said it was out of their control and they were at the mercy of the other vendor which was the MLS of real estate in CO. After numerous attempts to get updates and no responses I finally was able to find another person to talk with. Jenny Mason, Director of Communications, was that individual and she stated that my account rep had left the company. After my horrible experience with this company I don’t blame the account rep for leaving the company. Jenny, re-assured me that they were working on getting the issues resolved. After a few more weeks of waiting with no responses I emailed Jenny requesting a refund on my card and the cancelation of their service. This request was sent to them on 4/5 and again I was re-assured that they would process my refund. The owner of the company Steven Marshall whom I emailed and left voice mails for has never responded to me. I was initially introduced to the service when I was asked to be on a panel by Steven Marshall’s team regarding top producing loans officers and real estate agents in CO. Steven who also runs Mortgage Executive Magazine has state wide events honoring the top producers in the mortgage and real estate industry. At this even Steven was hard selling Iappraisal and that is where I got the interest to sign up. Looking back at this Steven used this event and others to push his product of Iappraisal. Steven has been included on multiple emails from me about my refund and during that time he had the nerve to send me a blast email to me about an event for Mortgage Executive Magazine after not responding to one of my emails or phone calls about my refund. I have sent numerous emails and have left numerous messages about getting my refund and I am getting run around emails that they are working on it. I have numerous emails regarding this can be documented for anyone to see. This company is a completely scam and I want other to know the truth before trusting them or paying them for their services.

I would have a very hard time paying anyone $3,500, especially since they are probably Internet based. Hopefully you will get your money back at some point.

Wow.... I'd immediately stop those money.
Also, I also try to collect more information and reviews about the services I am thinking to pay to. $3500 for 4000 postcards does not sound like a good deal to me....

I have the same problem, I paid $1000 3 months ago and nothing provided. The guy Brian Koop is no longer with the company. This looks like a big scam.

I just opened a dispute with my bank as well. The original rep is gone, I was not informed of this until I started emailing and asking when I would be getting started. I was told they were having trouble getting the IDX set up and it takes time. 60 days? I think not. I cannot get anywhere with the new rep as far as a refund, she did advise it could take 8 weeks. So I called my bank and they are disputing now. What a joke.
