I suggest sitting on cooperative agent's listings as Open House Events and get your name out there with directional signs (Signline.com) You might be surprised and get a sale or two at the Open House Events. Caution! Partner with another agent at these events.

Again, 

  • Work your sphere
  • Work your vendors
  • Do an open house every day of the week
  • Do call time or office time every day of the week
  • Become involved in at least one charity (volunteer)
  • Join at least one networking group
  • While you're doing your office time and not in front of customers/clients, blog, blog, blog!

You don't want to buy leads anyway - build your business the right way. Be sure you work AT LEAST 40 hours a week on the above tasks.  Good luck!
