Photography is not "bells & whistles", they're mandatory, standard tools.

On average I spend $200 for photos ($150 for 40 photos and $50 for aerials) - UNLESS the house is under $300,000 in our crazy market and I know I will get at least five offers when I put it on the MLS, so then I take my own pics when I'm putting on the lockbox, then duck.

For higher end homes I spent $150 for a nice video because I don't have time to do my own anymore.

I also think Real Bird is something wonderful I pay for ($89 yearly) because it gives me a beautiful presentation and it's easy to send to agents. 

Anywhere from $500 to $1,200 ... depends on the property and package ordered. 

It depends on the listing, and how many photos I have taken.  Anywhere from $150.00 - $750.00 for stills.

I don't think of professional Photos and Videos as bells and whistles..just fundamental basics if you are going to be a listing agent.

3D walk-thru floorplans, drone shots and pro photography is standard fare for my listings. Can vary from $250 - $1K depending on the property.

Well I take the pics themselves & then it go into 'auto pilot' from there to Circlepix which we have a contract with. We have a variety of services that lenders also sponsor with us. We are truly blessed in that regard.

I just noticed a few drone photos that I really like that I'm going to look into. So my person const is pretty minimal.

So far I shoot my own videos so only cost is my time. My photographer is $325 for 25 photos. I sometime pay for more.

It really depends on the property and the lenght of the video.  A

$300 for 35 photos, extra for aerial shots or twinkle night shots.

My company I use charges $155 for 25 pictures.

Depends on the property anywhere between $180 - $375 for professional pictures.  Marketing post cards, flyers, social media advertising. Different expenses for different property packages. 

Nothing. I take pictures and video with my Samsung phone and they look better than 80% of the stuff out there. That's good enough for my market and the homes I'm selling.

I spend zero on both.  Do them all myself with my high end camera and mad photgraphing skillz!
