I review all documents prior to my clients signing off at the title company. And I do find things that need to be corrected! 

A careful review prior to client meeting/signing.  

I just double-check them when they've been approved by the lender and double-checked by the attorney.  Your broker will help you learn this very important task.

Review them closely. Most of the forms are done by the title company or attorney.

It is the lender and the attorney's job as I look at only one number in closing documents....lol!

Lenders are very important in this process but you should go over contractd etails as well as escrow items before closing.

The escrow officer reviews them. My Transaction Coordinator helps me with review of documents I need to be concerned about

One could use help from a mentor, colleague, broker, transaction coordinator (TC) or compliance officer. Later in the process it will be reviewed by a title company (normally) and either a escrow company or closing attorney. I remember spending all night on occasion reviewing documents to find flaws.

Much of the documentation will be completed by the title company.

In CA Escrow handles the closing documents, but I make sure the purchase contract and all required documents are correct before they get to them.  Many eyes are on documents throughout the transaction.  

Get a copy of them before closing and check them against the estimates and signed written agreement. 

all parties have their own attorneys.... and we have nothing to do with closing documents.... 

Read them.

Understand them.

When the version number changes, read them again.

Lender and Title take care of that...

I review them.

What are closing forms? Are you talking about settlement statements? If so, I read them and check the numbers... 

First you get educated on what the forms say and mean.

Then you scrutinize it and bring up anything that is wrong or appears incorrect.
