One could use help from a mentor, colleague, broker, transaction coordinator (TC) or compliance officer. Later in the process it will be reviewed by a title company (normally) and either a escrow company or closing attorney. I remember spending all night on occasion reviewing documents to find flaws.

In CA Escrow handles the closing documents, but I make sure the purchase contract and all required documents are correct before they get to them.  Many eyes are on documents throughout the transaction.
