Yep knew that very well - my area has a lot of restricted air space due to our Air Force base nearby

 You can buy drones anywhere.  Online, office supply stores, etc.   But they are regulated by the FAA.   Before buying one, a person should educate themself on the requirements.

I do think that flying a drone into the direct path of a flying helicopter should be a no-no and there should be some sort of consequences for doing so. Confiscate the drone!

This is why you won't see any drone photography on my listings.  I farm an area by an airport.

Yes, I did.  There's so many new issues that using drones has raised.  Not just restricted space, but private space.  i.e. homes.  This brings into play an interesting RE rights question.  When you buy a property, what, exactly are you buying?

Yes I did know that and glad there are regulations in place or people would be interfering with air travel and other important aspects of our safety.

As a virtual tour photographer I can assure you that someone will try to shoot it down.  During the madfly days helicopters were being shot at doing their spraying job.  I will not hire one photographer either.

Absolutely and I had a homeowner warn another fellow to not fly by his backyard...AGAIN. Peeping Tom was the underlying accusation

I heard the FCC has been more lenient for those with drones, but flying in restricted airspace is still an issue.
