None...it's all third and fourth grade math... add, subtract, multiply and divide. Why would these be difficult. I've been doing this in my head for some 60+ years.

None of it is difficult.  Like Nina Hollander said it is all elementary math. You don't even really need to memorize formulas, except for the exam.

When I got my real estate license there were 15 difficult math questions on the test. Missing these could make or break passing the exam. Now there are around five math questions. You can miss all five and still pass the exam. I guess it isn't all that important anymore.
